After racking my brains in vain, I turned to Brave search and found two sites with Three animals. The second is the serpent of Adam and Eve. One source talked about some bird "implied" in the Balaam story, but I did not find such a bird.
There is also an eagle in Rev 8 that cries out "Woe! Woe! Woe! to the inhabitants of the Earth" as more trouble is about to pour down from the last 3 trumpets.
That donkey was only one of two speaking animals in the Bible. (I think, at least). Know the other one, right?

Thank you for commenting.
It was the serpent I had in mind but now that you mentioned the eagle, the count goes up to at least three, not two. Thanks Esther.
